- Scope of Services Any engagement for legal services must be by written retainer agreement signed by both you and Public Court Paralegal. We may provide limited‑scope services only if expressly agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality & Privacy Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the website or by unsecured email. Communications sent through the website or by email are not privileged until a formal retainer is in place.
- Professional Regulation Our practice is regulated by the Law Society of Ontario. We comply with the applicable Paralegal Rules of Conduct and other regulatory requirements for licensed paralegals in Ontario.
- Fees, Billing & Payment Fees billing arrangements, and retainer requirements will be set out in a written retainer agreement. We reserve the right to require an initial retainer and to suspend services for unpaid accounts.
- Third‑Party Links & Content The site may link to third‑party websites. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content or accuracy.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
