Pleading Drafting & Court Forms
If you’ve decided to pursue your case through the courts, I help you prepare clear, properly formatted pleadings and court documents. Whether it’s an LTB application, Small Claims Court claim, or supporting motions, I ensure your case is presented professionally and complies with court rules — so you can focus on the substance of your position, not the paperwork.

Scope: I draft pleadings based on facts and evidence you provide. I do not provide legal advice about strategy, litigation risk, or outcomes. You retain full responsibility for all decisions and filings.
Scope limits: Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and Small Claims Court matters only. I do not accept Superior Court files.
Pricing: $500–$1,200 depending on complexity and document volume (or hourly: $85/hour, 3-hour minimum)
