How the Process Works
1. Contact us. Fill out our brief intake form or call to describe what you need notarized.
2. We confirm details. We’ll ask clarifying questions: Do you have the document prepared? What’s the deadline? What time works best for you?
3. We schedule. We arrange a time and location that works for you—your home, office, or another location.
4. We meet. We arrive with our notary seal and journal. We verify your identity (valid government-issued ID required), review the document with you, answer questions, and proceed with the notarization.
5. It’s done. You receive your notarized document immediately. We maintain an official record in our notary journal, as required by law.
What You Need to Bring
- Valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, provincial ID card, or similar). The ID must have your photograph and current address.
- The document you need notarized. If you don’t have it prepared, we can help you draft simple documents like powers of attorney or statutory declarations, though complex legal documents should be reviewed by a lawyer.
- Any supporting information relevant to the document (e.g., if you’re certifying a copy, bring the original).
