Public Court Paralegal and Notary is a licensed legal services provider based in Hamilton, Ontario, offering notarization, evidence organization, and court document drafting to individuals navigating the legal system on their own terms.
We’re licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (P1 Paralegal) and authorized by the Ontario government to serve as a Notary Public. We maintain a trust account and follow all applicable professional standards and regulations.

Over 16 years of professional experience managing complex projects and coordinating across diverse teams has equipped Tom with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure. They apply these strengths to every case—whether drafting affidavits, organizing materials for court filings, or keeping clients informed throughout their proceedings.
Tom’s practice philosophy is straightforward: provide thorough, honest legal support without unnecessary complexity or surprises. They specialize in small claims, landlord and tenant matters, and summary conviction proceedings, offering transparent, per-deliverable pricing with clear upfront estimates.
